MadeinHeaven makes a great original gift idea for its all packaging. We have a special packaging for t shirts, dresses and polo shirts.

Sale Items
all sale items are on the same high quality as all MadeinHeaven products but are end of lines we wish to clear.

Out of stock items
normally we maintain at least 90% stock availability, but occasionally we experience short delays in restocking items. If we sell out of an item we will put a temporary sold out sign on it. Please contact our customer service team by e-mail at contact@madeinheavenkids.com or telephone us on +62 (21) 742 4373 to find out when it will be back in stock. By manufacturing locally we can respond faster to market demand and it should hopefully only take a few days.

Delivery
Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched in 5(five) working days. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. All orders are dispatched by courier. They need to be signed for on receipt.

Changing or canceling an order
Please contact us as soon as possible. An order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges
we hope you loved your MadeinHeaven products but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to provide an exchange or refund. Delivery charges are non refundable. Please return the item/items with proof of purchase (eg. your MadeinHeaven receipt or your unique MadeinHeaven order number) within 28 days of receiving them. Returns must be unused and in a resalable condition with the MadeinHeaven Kids packaging. Returns must be sent back by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. the easiest way to place an order is on our website. Browse our online store anytime of day or night from anywhere in the world and add the items you would like to order to your shopping basket. When you have completed your order, simply click checkout to check your order and provide the necessary payment and delivery details. If you would prefer to order over the telephone please contact our customer service team on +62 (21) 742 4373 between 10:00 and 17:00 GMT Monday to Friday.

MadeinHeaven products
All MadeinHeaven’s products are made in Indonesia to the highest standard of manufacturing, fabric quality and design while supporting fair labor practices and local manufacture. All MadeinHeaven garments are made of the highest quality cotton. MadeinHeaven garments are machine washable at 40 degrees Celsius; however we do not recommend tumble drying. Iron on reverse.  We have tried to ensure that the colors on the website are an accurate reflection of the actual colors of our clothing. However due to difference in color palettes between the web environment and clothing dyes, we cannot guarantee a precise color match. MadeinHeaven garments are designed for 0-8 years inclusively. Also note that our shirts run slightly small (body-fit). Keep checking this website for great new designs and products.
